Main Library foyer events and displays (Main Library: Level 2) Capacity: 15

Description

This flexible-use space is suitable for pop-up events and displays. Please review the guidelines for the use of the space before submitting a booking.

Bookings must be submitted at least three days in advance. 

Set-up and pack-up time:
When you select your event start time, one hour will automatically be added before the booking for set-up, and 30 minutes after the booking for pack-up.

Student events

Students must submit the student event request form to request approval before booking this space. Bookings cannot be confirmed until event approval has been granted.

Staff events

Staff may select the date and time below and submit a booking request directly. Bookings are subject to approval by the Library. For enquiries about using this space, please contact askalibrarian@bond.edu.au.
